Sandy planted a church in Indiana with her husband Mike Kelly. Together they have worked to develop and grow the Northwest Church Planting Network. She has over 25 years experience as a church planter, pastors wife and leadership with the Network. Her passion is to see the gospel message to grow and healthy churches to be planted in the Northwest. Her heart is to walk alongside the women and to be an encouragement to the couples who work toward that mission.
